Account & sign-in
I can't sign in to my account.
Make sure you're using the same email or sign-in method you originally signed up with. If the problem persists, email us at support@kniknak.app and include the email address tied to your account.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open your profile settings, and choose Delete account. You can also email support@kniknak.app from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion for you.
Subscriptions & billing
How do I manage my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your device's store settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions on iOS, or the Play Store → Profile → Payments and subscriptions on Android). Cancellations and refund requests are handled by Apple and Google directly.
I was charged but my plan didn't update.
Force-quit and reopen the app to refresh your entitlement. If your plan still hasn't updated after a few minutes, email support@kniknak.app with your purchase receipt and we'll investigate.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled at play.google.com. We can help you locate the right transaction if you email us.
Technical issues
The app is crashing or behaving unexpectedly.
Please email support@kniknak.app with your device model, OS version, app version, and a short description of what you were doing when the issue occurred. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
A response or feature isn't working.
Try signing out and back in, then reopen the app. If the problem continues, send us the details and we'll take a look.
